Class Styles


Restorative

These classes are designed for a slower recovery day or the perfect place to start if you are aiming to work towards the more intermediate level classes. They are lower intensity and have more rest periods. Combining classical pilates movements with lots of stretching. I want to teach you that slower, feel good movement can be just as effective to see incredible results!


Strong Pilates

These are my signature style classes that I have absolutely fallen in love with. They are around 20-40 minutes long. Where we increase the intensity to make progress on our strength. Pushing us to our limits so that we can see the results start to roll in from the added effort. You can expect me to say “take breaks when you need them” and “modify if you need to”. Combining classical pilates movements with strength based movements, usually using 2kg dumbbells.


Express

These are some of my favourite classes as they only take 10-15 minutes to complete! The whole point of this platform is to make your training as convenient and flexible as possible, this is where you will see the best results. By being consistent! These are short, but spicy classes where we work hard the whole way through as we know it wont last long. You can still get good bang for your buck without the hour long workout!
